The challenge

What development partners need from an energy contractor.

1

Development finance institutions require bankable technical documentation — energy audits, load profiles, and cost-benefit models to their specific standards

2

Large-scale programmes require consistent system designs across dozens or hundreds of sites with varying load profiles and grid conditions

3

Procurement and reporting requirements differ across UNICEF, GIZ, SNV, EU, and bilateral donor frameworks

4

Donor timelines are fixed — feasibility studies and designs must be completed to tight programme schedules

5

Long-term M&E requirements need built-in monitoring infrastructure from day one, not retrofitted after installation

What we deliver

End-to-end technical delivery for programme teams.

DFI-ready feasibility studies

Energy audits, load profiles, system specifications, and financial models prepared to World Bank, UNICEF, GIZ, and bilateral donor standards. Ready for board approval and procurement.

Multi-site programme design

Standardised system designs scalable across 10–500 sites. Single specification framework with site-specific sizing based on actual load data.

Energy audits and load profiling

7–30 days of SCADA-level monitoring across all circuits before we specify anything. Your system is sized to real data, not assumptions.

Procurement documentation

Bills of quantities, technical specifications, and supplier shortlists prepared to the procurement frameworks of your donor or programme manager.

M&E-ready monitoring infrastructure

Remote monitoring systems installed from day one. Energy production, consumption, and fault data logged and exportable to your M&E reporting formats.

Installation and commissioning

In-house technical team for installation, commissioning, and handover. Local technician training included. O&M contracts available for long-term accountability.
